Transportation to Philadelphia

Philadelphia International Airport

This is a major hub and port of entry into the US. Direct flights are available from most major cities. Shuttles will be available from the Airport to the

  hotel (15 minutes) or taxis are available for about

  $20.00.

A local SEPTA train is also available to 30th Street

  and then the Market Street Subway to City Hall will bring you three blocks from the hotel (approx. $7.00).

Several airport shuttle services are also available (for a fee of approximately $9 each way). It is best to reserve your place on the shuttle in advance:

Amtrak

Philadelphia 30th St Station is a major stop on the northeast corridor and also on the lines to the central states.Take the Market Street Subway to City Hall will bring you three blocks from the hotel (approximately $7.00).

Interstate Highways

Philadelphia lies on Rte 95 the major north-south highway on the east coast. It is also just twenty minutes south of the Valley Forge exit of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and just west of the New Jersey Turnpike. US Routes 1 (North-South) and 30 (East-West) intersect the city.

Transportation around Philadelphia

The Broad Street Subway runs North and South and the Market Street Subway runs East and West.All historical and cultural places of interest are with ten minutes of the hotel.Taxis are plentiful and economical.
